In 2003, the Italian Government appointed Mrs. Artoni member of the Advisory Board for the modernization of Public Service and member of the Advisory Board for the Technology Innovation.
From 1999 to 2002 Mrs. Artoni has been President of Emilia Romagna Young Entrepreneurs and member of the Managing Board of the local industrial association.
Mrs. Artoni is member of the Board of Directors in Artoni Trasporti.
Fully involved in Italian economic activities and associations, Anna Maria Artoni is also President of Network Extensions Srl and member of the Board of Directors of Universty Luiss in Rome.

Paolo Basilico’s financial career has been focused in the capital markets. He worked 15 years in important Italian banks such as Banca Fideuram, Mediobanca and Giubergia Warburg, where he also had the role of CEO.

Giuseppe Brambilla di Civesio is CEO of Carrefour Italia and President of Indicod-Ecr , the Italian Institute of Consumer Goods.
Before joining Carrefour in 2000 he was Director of the Food and Beverage Business Unit of Rinascente Group and formerly Director of SMA supermarkets and in charge of the start up of Brico Center retail.
From 1983 to 1986 he joined Ifil with the task to develop the company in the financial and assurance field.

Since 2006 Carlo Gualandri is president and founder of Gioco Digitale, the italian leading company in legal online gaming and betting market.
Before founding Gioco Digitale, Carlo also worked in Lottomatica (the largest gaming operator in Italy) as director of new platforms, developing online strategies for lotteries and sports betting and launching online instant lotteries in Italy.
As founder of Matrix, Carlo has been a leading figure on the Italian online market since 1995, having launched the first national Internet portal (Virgilio and the online ad network Active Advertising) that later become part of Telecom Italia. After his experience with Matrix, Carlo managed in his position as director of Seat Internet Division the launch of Online Yellow Pages and internet small busines services and the consumer Internet Service Provider activities of Telecom Italia; he also participated in the development and launch of Fineco Online, the leading online trading and banking service in Italy.

Since 2004 Andrea Guerra is CEO of Luxottica Group, global leader in design, production and distribution of glasses and sunglasses frames.
Before joining Luxottica, Mr Guerra spent 10 years in Merloni Elettrodomestici, 5 of them recovering the role of CEO. Thanks to his capacity, skills and attitude, Merloni became the third European player in the white goods market.
Before his experience in Merloni, Mr. Guerra worked in Marriot Italia, in charge of the start up of Marriot Facility Management Division of which he became Marketing Director.
He is today a board member of new Parmalat SpA and of BNL (Banca Nazionale del Lavoro)

Philippe Bouvard brings to 21 Centrale Partners extensive experience in assessing and recruiting business. He is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Leaders Trust International and Chairman of Leader Trust AG. Prior to this, he was one of the three founding Partners of Egon Zehnder International and a Member of its Executive Committee. Mr. Bouvard started his career in International Financial Operations at Banque Paribas before becoming Deputy General Manger Southern Europe at Spencer Stuart, Paris. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Columbia University. Mr. Bouvard is a Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.

Laurent Dassault has been running Dassault Investments since 1991 where, he is in charge of international activities, supporting the development of companies in the Dassault Group including industrial diversification, international acquisitions, investment and technology transfers in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Robin Holland-Martin’s financial career has been based in the City of London. He worked at Cazenove & Co from 1960 to 1974 specializing in corporate finance. He then served part-time at the Conservative Party’s Central Office from 1974 to 1982, becoming Treasurer of the Party in 1979. In 1982 he joined Newmarket Venture Capita plc, a technology investment company, where he remained involved until 1994. In 1983 he joined the Board of Henderson plc and held a number of positions within the Henderson Group until 1998. He remains involved with Henderson as a trustee of their group pension schemes. Over the last thirty years, Mr. Holland-Martin has been continuously involved as a non-executive director in a large number of industrial and commercial companies backed by private equity in the UK, Japan, Chile and Spain.

As a Consultant for KKR and a non-executive Director at Kesa Electricals and MW Brands, Michel Leonard brings extensive operational and strategic industrial expertise to 21. He began his carrier holding a number of senior management positions in the Danone Group as well as in the Prouvost Group. In 1985 he joined the Bongrain Group where he remained involved until 2003. Over the last six years of his tenure, Mr. Leonard was Chairman of Bongrain Europe and subsequently of the Bongrain Group. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Leonard was Chairman of the Lactalis Group. Michel Leonard holds a diploma from HEC and from the CEDEP / INSEAD. He is a Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.

Safra. He served as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Moet Hennessy and of LVMH between 1983 and 1989 and then as Chairman and Managing Director of Hédiard between 1991 and 1995. Philippe Paillart
Philippe Paillart has an extensive experience in international banking and a network of relationships across Asia where he has been based for almost 15 years. Mr. Paillart has held a number of senior management and executive board positions, most notably with the Development Bank of Singapore where he was CEO and Vice-Chairman; the Ford Motor Credit Company, where he was Chairman and CEO; Standard Chartered Bank where he was Group Executive Director; and Citibank Europe, where he held various senior positions. Prior to this, Philippe Paillart spent ten years with Renault on assignments in both Europe and the USA. He is currently involved in a number of private business initiatives based in Singapore. Mr. Paillart has a major in Finance and Accounting from ESC Paris, a law degree from the University of Paris II, a DEA in Economics from the University of Paris I and a PMD from the Harvard Business School.
